Amends Arizona law to extend the protected period for displaying political signs in condominiums and planned communities from 71 days before a primary election through 15 days after the general election (previously 60 days before and 3 days after).

Prohibits condominium and planned community associations from restricting political sign displays on unit/member property except during the specified timeframe, with maximum aggregate dimensions of 9 square feet unless local ordinances are more restrictive.

Allows associations to regulate political sign size and number only to the extent permitted by applicable city, town, or county ordinances, and prohibits restrictions on the number of candidates or ballot measures displayed on signs.

Clarifies that associations cannot require political signs to be commercially produced or professionally manufactured, and cannot prohibit use of both sides of a sign.

Updates the definition of "political sign" and corrects language regarding door-to-door political activity and other sign-related provisions in condominium and planned community statutes.
