Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 36-2981 to modify the income eligibility threshold for the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP).

Increases the income eligibility limit from 200 percent of the federal poverty level to 250 percent of the federal poverty level, effective October 1, 2021.

Changes apply to all children under 19 years of age enrolled in the program with the new higher income threshold applying to each fiscal year beginning October 1, 2021 and thereafter.

Makes technical corrections to statutory language, including replacing "per cent" with "percent" and clarifying contractor definitions.
