Requires AHCCCS administration to establish monthly data matching agreements with the Department of Gaming and Arizona State Lottery Commission to identify members with substantial lottery or gambling winnings, treating failure to disclose such winnings as an eligibility violation.

Mandates AHCCCS review death records monthly from the Department of Health Services and employment/wage changes at least quarterly from the Department of Economic Security and Industrial Commission of Arizona to adjust member eligibility accordingly.

Prohibits AHCCCS from accepting eligibility determinations from federal health insurance exchanges under 42 U.S.C. § 18041(c), though the administration may review exchange assessments and must independently verify eligibility.

Establishes supplemental nutrition assistance program (SNAP) data matching requirements including monthly review of lottery winnings, death records, out-of-state EBT card transactions, and quarterly review of unemployment and wage information to identify eligibility changes.

Requires the Department of Economic Security to post quarterly public data on SNAP fraud investigations, improper payments, case referrals for prosecution, and out-of-state EBT expenditures in de-identified aggregate form on its website.
