Removes requirement for county school superintendents to notify school districts three years before expiration of a revenue control limit override.

Extends maximum period for budget overrides funded by capital improvements from seven to ten years.

Extends maximum period for budget overrides to exceed the revenue control limit (as provided in sections 15-481(E), (F), (I), and (J)) from seven to ten years.

Makes technical corrections to statutory language throughout section 15-481, including replacing "prior to" with "before" and updating dollar amount formatting.
