Extends the auditor general's audit authority to include charter schools alongside school districts for performance audits and classroom spending analysis.

Requires charter schools audited by the auditor general to report findings agreements, submit status reports every six months for two years, and participate in legislative hearings on audit results.

Modifies sections 41-1279.03 and 41-1279.04 to add charter schools to auditor general duties for reviewing compliance with state education funding laws and accessing charter school records.

Appropriates $300,000 and 3 full-time equivalent positions to the auditor general in fiscal year 2021-2022 for conducting charter school audits.
