Prohibits the application of glyphosate on residential ground cover beds, including turfgrass, flower beds, gravel, or bare areas on residential property.

Requires retailers selling glyphosate products to maintain a sign in 24-point type near the product stating "state law prohibits the application of glyphosate on residential property."

Establishes a civil penalty of up to $200 for each violation of the application prohibition.

Establishes a civil penalty of $500 for retailers who knowingly violate the signage requirement.

Becomes effective December 31, 2021.
