Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 36-2907 to add comprehensive dental care as a covered health and medical service for women who are at least 21 years of age and in any stage of pregnancy.

Appropriates $468,100 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the Arizona health care cost containment system administration to provide the dental services to pregnant women.

Appropriates an additional one-time $3,630,600 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to cover costs incurred due to eligibility changes related to introducing the dental benefit for pregnant women.

Requires the Arizona health care cost containment system administration to report actual costs incurred for providing dental services to pregnant women and eligibility-related costs to specified state officials and legislative committees by October 1, 2022.
