Prohibits condominium associations from restricting owners, tenants, or guests from carrying, possessing, transporting, or storing firearms, firearm parts, or ammunition authorized under state or federal law in dwellings, offices, parking lots, or common elements.

Prohibits planned community associations from restricting members, tenants, or guests from carrying, possessing, transporting, or storing firearms, firearm parts, or ammunition authorized under state or federal law on member property, in offices, parking lots, or common areas.

Prohibits landlords from including rental agreement provisions that restrict tenants or guests from carrying, possessing, transporting, or storing firearms, firearm parts, or ammunition authorized under state or federal law in dwellings or parking areas.

Prohibits self-service storage facility operators from including rental agreement provisions that prohibit occupants or guests from carrying, possessing, transporting, or storing firearms, firearm parts, or ammunition authorized under state or federal law in leased spaces or parking areas.

Makes prohibited firearm restrictions in property agreements unenforceable across condominiums, planned communities, residential rentals, and storage facilities.
