Establishes an advisory committee on the formation of a Southern Arizona regional sports authority consisting of 13 members: three House representatives, three Senate members, three public members appointed by the House speaker, three public members appointed by the Senate president, and one governor-appointed member.

Designates one House-appointed representative and one Senate-appointed member to serve as cochairpersons of the committee.

Committee shall research and report on the economic development, fiscal impacts, and related problems that may result from developing a regional sports authority, with a report due to the governor, Senate president, and House speaker by June 30, 2022.

Appropriates $250,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the office of tourism to support the committee's work and fund outside professional consultants if needed.

Committee is repealed effective September 30, 2023.
