Adds section 23-772.01 to Arizona Revised Statutes regarding unemployment insurance notification and eligibility determinations.

Requires the department to notify claimants when additional information is needed to process benefit applications, in accordance with sections 23-772 and 23-773.

Mandates the department notify claimants of eligibility for benefits no more than 21 days after application filing or within timeliness timeframes established by the U.S. Department of Labor under 20 CFR Part 640.
