Amends Arizona Revised Statutes to require the Department of Economic Security and Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System Administration to accept tribal identification as proof of identity for public benefits applications.

Accepts tribal census number documentation issued by the U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs as primary identification.

Accepts tribal member identification cards with photographs issued by federally recognized tribal governments as primary identification, and tribal member identification cards without photographs as secondary identification.

Defines "public benefits" to include unemployment compensation, supplemental nutrition assistance, temporary assistance for needy families, Medicaid, the Arizona long-term care system, and the children's health insurance program.
