AZ SB1806

Requires the Department of Economic Security (DES) to maintain geographically accessible offices with consistent hours throughout Arizona, including on Indian reservations, in addition to any online systems.

Mandates these physical offices allow residents to receive information and applications, provide identification for verification, return applications, and maintain eligibility for unemployment compensation, TANF, SNAP, and AHCCCS programs (including Medicaid, Arizona Long-Term Care System, and CHIP).

Requires DES to coordinate with the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) to comply with the geographic accessibility requirements.

Designates the act as an emergency measure effective immediately upon passage.
