Allows defendants convicted of sex offenses under Arizona law to petition the court to terminate sex offender registration requirements after successfully completing probation.

Requires the defendant to be at least 35 years old at the time of petition and to have been under 22 years old when the offense was committed.

Requires the victim to have been at least 15 years old at the time of offense, or a peace officer posing as a minor, or a fictitious minor.

Establishes conditions that must be met for termination, including: no violations of probation sex offender terms, no subsequent felony convictions for at least 10 years, no more than one victim, and no conviction under certain specified statutes.

Grants the court discretion to deny the petition if denial is in the best interests of justice or tends to ensure public safety, despite all conditions being met.
