AZ SB1846

Amends section 4-203 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding spirituous liquor licenses and delivery operations.

Requires retail licensees offering delivery to record identification information for each delivery, or alternatively have the delivery person personally retrieve and package the order.

Clarifies that containers do not require conspicuous labeling if the person delivering has personally retrieved and bagged the order and identification information is recorded electronically by the licensee.

Maintains existing requirements that delivery must be made by a person at least 21 years old to a customer at least 21 years old who displays valid identification at time of delivery.
