Concurrent resolution appoints 11 presidential electors for Arizona for the 2020 presidential election, including Tyler Bowyer, Nancy Cottle, Jake Hoffman, Anthony Kern, Jim Lamon, Robert Montgomery, Sam Moorhead, Loraine Pellegrino, Greg Safsten, Kelli Ward, and Mike Ward.

Claims the November 3, 2020 presidential election was "marred by irregularities so significant as to render it highly doubtful whether the certified results accurately represent the will of the voters."

Asserts the Arizona Legislature has sole constitutional authority under Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution to appoint presidential electors and may exercise this power independently.

References U.S. Code Title 3, Section 2, which allows states to appoint electors if the state "has failed to make a choice on the day prescribed by law" and permits the legislature to direct the manner of appointment.

Cites the December 14, 2020 deadline for electors to vote as preventing a new election and requires the Legislature to exercise judgment on which slate of electors the voters prefer.
