Proposes amending the Arizona Constitution to require gubernatorial and lieutenant gubernatorial candidates to run on a joint ticket, with the lieutenant governor nominee named by the governor nominee at least 60 days before the general election.

Establishes that a single vote for a governor nominee constitutes a vote for that nominee's entire ticket, including the lieutenant governor nominee.

Changes the line of succession for gubernatorial vacancies so the lieutenant governor succeeds to the office of governor, with the governor then appointing a lieutenant governor subject to legislative approval.

Specifies that if both the governor and lieutenant governor positions are vacant, succession passes to the secretary of state, attorney general, state treasurer, and superintendent of public instruction in that order.

Applies these changes beginning with elections for the term of office starting in 2027.
