Proposes constitutional amendment to increase Arizona House of Representatives from two members per legislative district to ninety total members, with one member elected from each of ninety house districts.

Restructures Senate districts so each of the thirty senate districts consists of exactly three geographically separate house districts, with one senator elected per senate district.

Maintains the independent redistricting commission structure established in prior Arizona constitutional amendments, including five-member commission with appointment process and redistricting guidelines.

Applies to legislative terms beginning in 2033 and later, requiring voter approval through a statewide general election ballot measure.
