Proposes an amendment to Article VI, Section 14 of the Arizona Constitution regarding superior court original jurisdiction.

Changes the language in subsection 9 from "Divorce and for" to "Annulment and dissolution of marriage," adding "dissolution" as a category alongside annulment.

Maintains all existing superior court jurisdiction categories including cases involving real property, equity and law cases valued at $1,000 or more, felony and misdemeanor criminal cases, probate matters, and other specified proceedings.

Requires voter approval and submission to the ballot at the next general election per Article XXI of the Arizona Constitution.
