Calls on the President and Congress to take immediate action to secure the southern border and complete the southern border wall to address security and humanitarian crises related to illegal immigration.

Notes that Border Patrol made approximately 168,000 arrests at the southern border in March 2021 compared with approximately 71,000 in December 2020, and encountered more than 19,000 unaccompanied minors from January through March 2021.

States that the Biden administration halted construction of the southern border wall, leaving numerous unfinished sections in Arizona, and is not collaborating with local law enforcement and state leaders on border issues.

Directs the Legislature to support creation of a joint border security advisory commission to analyze border crossing and crime statistics and recommend methods to increase border security.

Requires the Arizona Secretary of State to transmit the resolution to the President, congressional leadership, and all Members of Congress from Arizona.
