Arizona Legislature applies to Congress under Article V of the U.S. Constitution to call a convention for proposing a constitutional amendment limiting terms for U.S. House and Senate members.

Arizona Secretary of State must transmit copies of the resolution to federal officials including the President of the Senate, Speaker of the House, and all Arizona members of Congress, as well as presiding officers of all state legislatures.

Arizona's application shall be aggregated only with other states' applications on the identical subject of congressional term limits to reach the two-thirds state threshold required under Article V, and cannot be combined with applications on other subjects.

The resolution constitutes a continuing application that remains in effect until legislatures of at least two-thirds of all states have submitted applications on the same term limits subject matter.
