Supports negotiation of a United States-Taiwan bilateral trade agreement and Taiwan's meaningful participation in international organizations including ICAO, INTERPOL, WHO, and UN climate change conventions.

Acknowledges Arizona-Taiwan sister-state relations established July 28, 1980, and encourages bilateral cooperation in economy, trade, technology, education, and culture, including reestablishment of Arizona's trade office in Taiwan.

Supports a future official visit to Taiwan by the Arizona Governor at his discretion.

Notes Taiwan's $12 billion investment in a 5-nanometer semiconductor manufacturing facility in Phoenix expected to create 1,900 jobs by 2024.

Directs Arizona Secretary of State to transmit the resolution to the Governor, President, Secretary of State, Trade Representative, and all Arizona Members of Congress.
