Increases penalties for aggravated assault on peace officers, with assault causing injury classified as a class 2 felony and assault without injury classified as a class 4 felony.

Extends assault protections and penalties to additional public safety employees including firefighters, emergency medical technicians, national guard members, border patrol agents, and correctional officers.

Allows firefighters, emergency medical technicians, national guard members, border patrol agents, and correctional officers to request confidentiality of personal information in voter registration records and Department of Transportation records when their safety is threatened.

Expands the crime of publishing personal information on the internet to include firefighters, emergency medical technicians, national guard members, border patrol agents, and correctional officers, with violations classified as a class 5 felony.

Submits the measure to Arizona voters for approval at the next general election as a ballot proposition.
