Proposes an amendment to Article IV, Part 2, Section 6 of the Arizona Constitution to repeal the arrest privilege for state legislators.

Currently allows members of the legislature to be privileged from arrest except for treason, felony, and breach of peace; amendment removes this privilege entirely.

Eliminates the exemption from civil process during legislative sessions and for 15 days before the commencement of each session.

Requires voter approval of the constitutional amendment and submission to voters at the next general election.
