AZ SCR1042

Enacts a new section 16-410.01 in Arizona Revised Statutes establishing a "Voters' Bill of Rights" to be submitted to voters at the next general election.

Grants voters the right to register without unnecessary barriers and participate in fair elections where elected officials do not choose their own voters.

Provides voters the right to vote by mail or in person with assurance their votes will count, and guarantees equal ballot access regardless of location, language, or physical abilities.

Guarantees voters the right to propose and enact laws when elected officials fail to act and ensures elected officials work for voters rather than donors or lobbyists.

Requires the Secretary of State to submit this proposition to voters at the next general election per Arizona Constitution article IV, part 1, section 1.
