Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-625 to modify requirements for electronic data and digital images of ballots.

Requires the officer in charge of elections to protect electronic data and digital images of ballots from alteration and destruction, including unauthorized copying or transfer, with security measures at least as protective as those for paper ballots.

Mandates that after polls close, digital images of ballots be made available online to the public in a searchable format by precinct while preventing any alteration of the images.

Designates digital images of ballots as public records.
