AZ HB2037

Adds paragraph 67 to Arizona Revised Statutes section 11-251, authorizing county boards of supervisors to enter into agreements with federal, state, and local governments for acceptance, management, and distribution of federal funds for water supply and availability projects.

Enables counties to accept federal funds for projects benefiting municipal water providers as defined by statute, irrigation districts for agricultural use within the county, and county flood control districts for aquifer recharge.

Effective April 22, 2022 (approved and filed by Governor).
