Specifies ballot paper dimensions of 8.5 inches by 22 inches weighing 80 grams per square meter and requires a perforated voter receipt containing lot and sequence numbers.

Applies to the 2022 regular general election and all elections in 2024 and later for state and federal offices.

Appropriates funds from the state general fund to the state treasurer for counties to purchase the compliant ballot paper, with an unspecified dollar amount.
