Amends Arizona Revised Statutes to add Section 12-723 regarding employer civil liability for COVID-19 vaccination requirements.

Employers that deny religious exemptions and require COVID-19 vaccination as a condition of employment are liable for damages resulting from significant injuries caused by the vaccination.

Prevailing claimants are entitled to actual damages, court costs, and reasonable attorney fees, or $500,000 in statutory damages, whichever is greater.

Prevailing claimants may also recover exemplary damages in addition to the damages awarded under the above provision.

The rights and remedies provided supplement any other legal rights, including workers' compensation claims and common law rights.
