Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 45-568 to extend the fifth groundwater management period from ending in 2025 to ending in 2035.

Changes the compliance deadline for irrigation water duties and conservation requirements from January 1, 2025 to January 1, 2035.

Maintains all existing guidelines for the fifth management period established in Section 45-567, including provisions for historic annual net natural recharge calculations and irrigation water duty adjustments.

Requires the director to issue written notice to municipal providers within 30 days of management plan adoption and provide additional notice two years before any compliance deadline.
