Authorizes the Department of Administration to place a Mormon migration monument in the governmental mall pursuant to existing procedures under Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-1363.

Applies all procedures prescribed in section 41-1363, subsection B, to the monument placement.

Prohibits use of public monies for monument costs; proponents are solely responsible for fundraising and contracts for design and construction.

Bars the state from facilitating fundraising or establishing a state fund for monument donations.

Provision automatically repeals on September 30, 2025.
