Prohibits unmonitored drop boxes for early ballot voting, requiring all ballot drop boxes to be monitored.

Expands the seventy-five foot limit restrictions to apply to ballot drop boxes in addition to polling places, prohibiting electioneering and requiring voters to promptly leave after delivering ballots.

Requires the board of supervisors to post three notices at each drop box with the same seventy-five foot limit restrictions as polling places.

Requires challengers and party representatives to prominently display name badges issued by the county recorder that include their party affiliation.

Changes violations involving interference with voters or electioneering at drop boxes or polling places from class 2 misdemeanor to class 6 felony.
