Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 46-219 to modify eligibility for supplemental nutrition assistance program (SNAP) for persons convicted of drug-related felonies.

Removes the requirement for random drug testing as a condition for SNAP eligibility for individuals convicted of felony offenses involving controlled substance use or possession.

Eliminates the August 22, 1996 conviction date restriction, making the provision apply to convictions regardless of when they occurred.

Removes the previous requirement to meet at least one of five criteria (substance abuse treatment completion or participation, medical determination of no need for treatment, or probation compliance) and instead allows eligibility without these conditions.

Strikes the provision requiring the department to adopt rules for drug testing with increased frequency for offenses occurring within 24 months of application.
