Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-901 to add a new definition for "K" (kindergarten programs) in the list of educational program definitions.

Amends section 15-943 to establish a new funding weight of 1.352 for kindergarten programs (K) as a separate Group B funding category in the base support level calculation.

Appropriates $242,500,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2022-2023 to the Department of Education to fund the kindergarten Group B weight.
