Requires the legislature to increase charter school additional assistance by at least 2 percent beginning in fiscal year 2022-2023, with subsequent years receiving increases equal to either 2 percent or the GDP price deflator change (whichever is less).

Requires the legislature to increase district additional assistance by at least 2 percent beginning in fiscal year 2022-2023, with subsequent years receiving increases equal to either 2 percent or the GDP price deflator change (whichever is less).

Establishes that both charter school and district additional assistance amounts cannot be reduced below the base level established for fiscal year 2022-2023.

Amends sections 15-185 and 15-961 of Arizona Revised Statutes to implement inflation adjustment mechanisms for school funding.
