Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-317 to expand the secure online signature collection system for nomination petitions to include school district offices and any office for which a county administers the election.

Requires the secretary of state to provide a secure internet portal allowing qualified electors to electronically sign nomination petitions for candidates seeking city, town, county, school district, or precinct committeeman offices.

System must verify elector identity and eligibility, and restrict signatures to only those qualified electors who are permitted to sign for a particular candidate.

Allows candidates to collect up to the minimum required number of nomination petition signatures through the online system as an option, rather than requiring paper signatures.

Secretary of state must transmit electronic filings or facsimiles to the officer in charge of elections for the appropriate office.
