Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-411 to establish a maximum of 1,500 registered voters per election precinct on the date precinct boundaries are established.

Requires the board of supervisors to establish this precinct size limit when creating or modifying election precinct boundaries before October 1 in years preceding a general election.

Applies to all counties in Arizona in establishing convenient numbers of election precincts with defined boundaries.

Does not restrict the use of voting centers, emergency voting centers, or consolidation of polling places for administrative purposes.
