Repeals a prior version of section 36-672 of the Arizona Revised Statutes that had been amended in 2021.

Amends school immunization requirements to exclude human papillomavirus (HPV) immunization from mandatory school attendance requirements.

Excludes COVID-19 immunization and any COVID-19 variants from mandatory school attendance requirements.

Requires that any immunization prescribed for in-person school attendance must first be established through rules adopted by the director in consultation with the superintendent of public instruction.

Preserves parental rights to make health care decisions for their minor children pursuant to Arizona law section 1-602.
