Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 9-812 to require that notices of elections, invitations for bids, notices of letting contracts, laws, ordinances, and other public notices issued by cities or towns be posted on the city's or town's website in addition to newspaper publication.

Maintains existing requirements for publication in either a newspaper printed and published within the city or town, or a newspaper printed and published within the county with greater circulation to residents of the city or town.

Clarifies that private persons on whose behalf laws or ordinances are enacted shall pay publication expenses and may designate the newspaper for publication.

Applies website posting requirements to notices and resolutions requiring newspaper publication under Arizona Revised Statutes Title 48, Chapter 4, unless otherwise specified in that title.
