Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 44-1443 and 44-1460 regarding trademark, service mark, and trade name registration requirements.

Requires applicants for trademark or service mark registration to provide a statement confirming they conducted a search and found the mark does not resemble existing registered marks or previously used marks in a manner likely to cause confusion or deception.

Requires applicants for trademark or service mark registration to disclose whether they previously sought federal registration with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and, if denied, the reasons for denial.

Requires applicants for trade name registration to provide a statement confirming they conducted a search and found the trade name is distinguishable from other names on file with the secretary of state and from existing or reserved corporate names.

Updates terminology to change "e-mail" to "email" and replaces archaic pronouns and phrases with modern language throughout both sections.
