Repeals and replaces sections 15-711.01 and 15-717.02 of Arizona Revised Statutes relating to school instruction.

Permits age-appropriate and grade-appropriate classroom instruction on child assault awareness and abuse prevention in all grade levels from preschool through grade twelve.

Prohibits teachers, administrators, and school employees from using public funds for instruction that promotes blame or judgment based on race, ethnicity, or sex.

Bars instruction promoting seven specified concepts including claims that one race or sex is inherently superior, that individuals are inherently racist based on their race or ethnicity, or that meritocracy and hard work are racist or sexist.

Authorizes the Attorney General or county attorney to file civil lawsuits for violations with penalties up to $5,000 per school district, charter school, or state agency, and subjects violating teachers to disciplinary action including certificate suspension or revocation.
