Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-924 to add work time credit as a probation credit mechanism alongside existing earned time credit.

Work time credit equals thirty days of probation reduction for every thirty days a probationer is engaged in eligible employment, defined as any occupation with at least 130 wage-earning hours in a thirty-day period.

Probationers must provide supporting documentation (employment records, pay stubs, letters, or contracts) to their supervising officer within five business days of completing thirty days of employment for verification.

Work time credit and earned time credits are revoked if a probationer violates any condition of probation.

Does not apply to probationers on lifetime probation, those on probation for Class 2 or 3 felonies, those on probation exclusively for misdemeanors, or those required to register as sex offenders; effective December 31, 2022.
