Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-945 to include transportation to and from career technical education (CTE) districts in the school transportation support level calculation.

Adds language specifying that academic education, career and technical education "activities" are included in the support level computation for trips and transportation services.

Modifies the final transportation support level calculation to clarify that district support levels are determined pursuant to subsections A, B, and C of the statute.

Applies to school districts' calculations of state funding for transportation of eligible students, including those transported to CTE programs.
