• Requires the Constable Ethics Standards and Training Board to include one member who represents a federally recognized Native American tribe, appointed by the governor.

• Requires the Arizona Criminal Justice Commission to include at least one member appointed by the governor who is a member of an Arizona Indian tribe.

• Allows current board and commission members serving on the effective date to continue serving until their terms expire before new appointments must follow the updated statutory requirements.
