Requires all state agencies, boards, commissions, and administrative units to ask every individual at their initial point of service: "Have you or a family member ever served in the military?"

Mandates that state agencies print this veterans status question on each application form.

Requires state agencies to provide website addresses and contact information for the Department of Veterans' Services and the "Be Connected" program to individuals who answer affirmatively to the veterans question.

Effective date: December 31, 2022.
