Appropriates $157,161,000 to the Department of Administration for building system capital improvements, funded from state general fund ($155,525,000), game and fish fund ($1,459,600), and state lottery fund ($176,400).

Appropriates $31,136,200 to the Department of Transportation for capital improvements, funded from state aviation fund ($467,800) and state highway fund ($30,668,400).

Appropriates $453,910,000 to the Arizona Board of Regents for capital improvements, with state general fund providing $201,446,500 of the total.

Funds capital improvement plans that were submitted by October 15, 2021 pursuant to section 41-793, subsection B, Arizona Revised Statutes.

Appropriations are for fiscal year 2022-2023.
