Establishes a charge limit for hospitals on prescription medications and prescription-only devices at the lower of either the Medicare Part B reimbursement rate or 10 percent above the hospital's acquisition cost.

Applies when there is no applicable Medicare Part B reimbursement rate available, in which case hospitals may charge no more than 10 percent above their acquisition cost.

Defines "prescription medication" and "prescription-only device" by reference to existing definitions in Arizona Revised Statutes section 32-1901.

Amends Title 36, Chapter 4, Article 3 of Arizona Revised Statutes by adding section 36-438.
