Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 37-311 to make a technical correction to the definition of "existing lessee"

Changes the phrase "An existing lessee" to "A lessee" in the definition of existing lessee who continues to lease trust lands after classification as trust lands suitable for conservation purposes

Clarifies that an existing lessee includes any lessee entitled to use state lands when they are classified as trust lands suitable for conservation, or any lessee who continues to lease after such classification
