Expands fingerprinting requirements to include charter school representatives, governing body members, officers, directors, members and partners of the charter holder, in addition to existing requirements for instructional staff.

Modifies charter revocation procedures to require sponsors give charter holders at least 30 days to address problems before adopting a determination of intent to revoke, unless the problems cannot be remedied (such as missing financial audits) or involve health or safety matters.

Changes notice requirements for revocation intent from certified mail to electronic means or United States mail, with effectiveness occurring on date of email or within five days of mailing.

Replaces the requirement for a 60-day correction period and formal hearing process with a determination made at a public meeting after the 30-day response period.

Makes technical clarification allowing charter schools to "allow" rather than "permit" use of school property for lawful purposes.
