Expands exemption from licensure for school psychologists employed by or contracted with common schools, high schools, charter schools, or other educational institutions serving pre-K through grade 12 students.

Requires school psychologists to be certified by the Arizona Department of Education to use the title and limits the exemption to services performed as part of their employment or contract duties.

Clarifies that the exemption applies to school psychologists in prekindergarten or kindergarten programs and any grades one through twelve, extending the previous language.

Makes conforming changes to language regarding other exempt categories, including government agency employees, psychology students, out-of-state licensed psychologists, university faculty, and supervised professional experience supervisees.
