Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 20-1503 regarding the Arizona standard fire policy for property located in Arizona.

Adds new subsection C requiring coverage for direct loss by fire to include coverage for loss or damage from landslide, mudslide, mudflow, or debris flow if fire is the efficient proximate cause and the fire ended within 180 days after the loss or damage.

Specifies that coverage for fire-caused landslides and similar events shall be provided under the same terms and conditions as coverage for the fire itself.

Maintains existing provisions allowing exclusion of coverage for losses caused directly or indirectly by terrorism involving risks other than those covered under article 12 of the chapter.
